Welcome to Dhun. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dhun mobile application and website at www.inddhun.com (the "Service"), operated by Smart Agri Tech Rural Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Dhun, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Dhun. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@inddhun.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of content you create on Dhun. By posting or broadcasting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.

5. Virtual Currency & Purchases

Dhun may offer virtual currency, gifts, VIP levels, frames, entry effects, and other digital items for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Live Streaming & Voice Rooms

By going live or joining voice rooms, you acknowledge that your audio and any shared media may be heard by other participants. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast. We may moderate, record, or terminate live sessions that violate our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Dhun name, logo, app design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Smart Agri Tech Rural Media. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@inddhun.com.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Agri Tech Rural Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Dhun. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Agri Tech Rural Media, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Dhun after changes are posted on www.inddhun.com/terms.html constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
