Delete Your Account

Request permanent removal of your Dhun account and personal data.

Account deletion is permanent. Unused virtual coins, gifts, and in-app items cannot be recovered after your account is deleted.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile, display name, avatar, and account settings
  • Voice room history, chat messages, posts, and uploaded media linked to your account
  • Wallet balance, virtual coins, gifts, VIP progress, and purchase history tied to your account
  • Login credentials and contact details associated with your Dhun account

What may be retained

We may keep limited records where required by law, for fraud prevention, payment dispute resolution, or financial compliance. These records are not used for marketing.

Processing time

We review deletion requests within 7 business days. You may receive a confirmation email once processing is complete. If we need to verify ownership, we may contact you using the details below.
