Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Virtual Items

Dhun offers digital products only, including virtual coins, virtual gifts, VIP memberships, profile frames, entry effects, and other in-app premium features. These are intangible digital goods delivered instantly upon successful payment.

2. General Refund Policy

All purchases of virtual coins and digital in-app items on Dhun are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or in the circumstances described below.

Virtual coins and gifts have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable outside the Dhun platform.

3. Exceptions

We may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
• Failed delivery: Payment was successful but virtual coins or purchased items were not credited to your account within a reasonable time.
• Unauthorized transaction: You report an unauthorized payment promptly, and we verify the claim.
• Legal requirement: A refund is mandated under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Your Dhun user ID or registered email/phone
• Transaction date and amount
• Payment reference or order ID (if available)
• A brief description of the issue

5. Payment Gateway Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your Dhun account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to support@inddhun.com so we can resolve issues directly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on www.inddhun.com/refund-policy with an updated "Last updated" date.
